Spa Etiquette

Zen Body and Skin in Henderson, NV offers therapeutic and professional massage by a licensed massage therapist.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are a new client it is recommended you arrive a few minutes early to fill out a client intake form. You can complete the intake form ahead of time (highly recommended) or it will be provided to you at the time of your appointment.
• Please be courteous and provide a 24-hour cancellation notice. I understand sometimes emergencies arrive and this is not possible. A phone call, a text message, or an email is always appreciated. You can also cancel or reschedule online up to 12 hours in advance.  No show, no calls may be required to pre-pay a $25 cancellation fee upon rebooking. Read the full cancellation policy. 
• Massage Therapy offered at Zen Body & Skin is professional and for therapeutic and wellness purposes only.  Any sexual comments, innuendos, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Your session will be immediately terminated and full payment will be due.
• Recent injuries, surgeries, or certain medical conditions may make it ill-advised to receive massage therapy. For your own safety and wellness, your massage therapist may refuse service or ask you to receive a doctor’s clearance first.
• The wellness spa is a quiet place of healing. Please do not bring small children with you to your appointment.
• Per the health department only service animals are allowed in the spa area. 
• You must be at least 18 years of age to book your own spa appointment. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian must book for you,  attend the appointment with you,  and sign a release form.
