Cancellation Policy

Zen Body & Skin now requires a valid credit card in order to hold your reservation. Credit cards are not charged at the time of booking and are only to hold the appointment. The number is collected and held by a secure third party.

We ask you try to provide a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. You may cancel or reschedule online up to 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within the 12 hour period may be subject to a $25 charge. The $25 fee may be used towards future services if used within 90 days.

NO SHOWS NO CALLS

No shows no calls are subject to a 50% charge of the services scheduled. You receive a confirmation email and text two days before your appointment, and another reminder text and email one day before your appointment. Please be courteous and let your therapist know if something comes up and you cannot make your appointment.
