Laminaria Digitata & Ascophyllum Nodosum – Sea Plants
Our proprietary blend of these EcoCert seaweeds provides hydrating, nourishing, and anti-oxidant properties. Natural sources of 12 vitamins including B12, C, E, K and Beta Carotene, 18 amino acids, and 42 trace elements. Essential fatty acids help maintain the skin barrier while Alginic Acid – a polysaccharide – helps to lock moisture into the skin. Known to help increase cell proliferation.
Hexapeptide 2
A fast-acting skin-brightening peptide which acts as an antagonist to MSH, binding to its receptors, thereby decreasing melanin synthesis.
Licorice root
Extract that is known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
Willow Bark Extract
Extracted from the white willow tree (Salix Alba). Helps with mild exfoliation of dead skin cells to reveal a more youthful complexion.
Goto Kola
A natural plant known to help increase collagen growth and synthesis and promote connective tissue vascularization. It has been found to increase tensile strength of skin and promote rapid healing of skin. Goto Kola has been found to stimulate dermal fibroblasts (connective tissue forming cells).
Watermelon Extract

Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis)

Extremely moisturizing to the skin. Natural moisturizing polysaccharide present in the skin. Is known to hold a 100x its weight in water. Has an important role in wound healing and tissue repair.
Glycolic acid
Glycolic acid is proven to improve the skin’s appearance and texture. Glycolic acid reacts to the skin weakening the binding properties of the lipids that hold the dead skin cells together. This intense exfoliation allows younger, brighter looking skin to be revealed.
Kojic Acid
Derived from a variety of fungi, this ingredient inhibits melanogenisis by chelating the copper bound to tyrosinase. It is able to help decrease the number of melanosomes and dendrites thus helping to treat hyper-pigmentation.
Zinc Oxide
A soft white mineral used for its astringent, healing, and soothing absorbent properties. Micronized version is a mineral sunscreen.
Bellis Daisy
A skin-brightening agent derived from Daisy Flowers. Known to help reduce melanin activity, provide even pigmentation and makes age spots less visible. Reduces UV-stimulated induction of melanin biosynthesis. The binding affinity of melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH) to its receptor and tyrosinase activity is both down regulated.
