Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make your appointment at Zen Body & Skin in Henderson, NV please try to provide a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule online up to 12 hours before your appointment. After that please reach out via text or phone at 702-553-8233.
Pay Attention To Your Reminders
I do my best to make sure you do not forget about your appointment. You should receive a text message and/or email before your appointment.
No Call No Shows
I understand that last-minute things come up so please let me know if that happens. I often have a list of clients eager to take last-minute appointments. Just not showing up costs me money, and time, and steals that appointment from someone else who may have wanted it.
I get it. Life gets hectic and sometimes we just simply forget. Communication as to what happened is greatly appreciated. Please note, a $25 cancellation fee may be required before you book your next appointment.
